Epitome of Unprofessional, best to steer clear. Initial contact was fine and he came out within a few days to survey the exterior work needed. A quote was promised within 2 weeks. At three weeks and no quote, an email was sent. No response. Then over the next 2 weeks, 3 phone messages asking if he would either provide the quote, or at the very least, let us know if he was refusing the job.
