History Established in 2014. At Island Joes, when you add syrup to your drink of choice, you always know it was made by hand in our shop. No preservatives or additives. Simple goodness, just for you. I wanted to try out a new coffee place here in corpus. When I walked in they were very welcoming and informative that they could make anything I wanted. I'm really happy and my coffee tasted great. I'll be back whenever I get a chance!
I love the artwork and the atmosphere, but if you're going for breakfast or lunch, prepare to be flexible. The menu is usually about half of what is listed.
The Island best kept secret. I love coffee shops and this one is super friendly and cute. Good breakfast too.
