Stopped in here when we were visiting Ocracoke. Best french toast. Very friendly staff. Definitely will stop again.
The table behind us was so loud we had to shout to the server for her to hear us enough to take our order. The food (breakfast) was good and quick. The server friendly. When I went to pay, there was another couple in front of me paying. When it was my turn to pay the cashier ignored me to chat with and ring up a local boy getting a take-out who came in the door after I had been waiting. Overall not bad, but certainly not the experience I was expecting after hearing all the recommendations.
