Wonderful I noticed that the rear driver-side door trim on my recently purchased pre-owned Hyundai Sonata had peeled off. Without an appointment, I stopped by the Service Dept on my way to a near-by scheduled dialysis treatment. Dante and Tom (who I know from prev maint on other vehicles), immediately took my car in and corrected the problem by the time I had a coffee and bagel in the waiting area. Manfredi Hyundai is SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my car in for basic service oil change and inspection when I brought my car in was in excellent condition when I recieved it back the entire back bumper was scratched when I showed the service Manager he agreed to repair but refused to give me a loaner to get back and fourth to work. He said there was nothing He could do STAY AWAY THAY DESTROY THE CARS NOT FIX THEM!!!!!!!! GO TO SANSONE IN NJ GUIFFRE HYUNDAI SUCKS TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enjoyable Experience Overall it was fantastic and easy to navigate and deal with. Much better than in my past experiences with the maintenance center.
I disagree with any of the bad reviews I must argue the review that states that the Service Dept at Manfredi Hyundai has rude employees. This is my first experience with them and over several days I talked to several employees including the manager, I even drove one young lady crazy because I could not find the place. Not once not for a moment was anyone unkind, rude, arrogant or unprofessional. Even when I called the showroom to get the service number, nice, friendly and helpful people.
