Stayed there 5 nights. Never offered a bath. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. The staff didn't want to deal with the idea that I was in the hospital for appendix. I will never set foot in this hospital again. Dr. Disrespectful! I was in the room with the drug cart. Nurses into it all the time. To top it all off my room was right across from the nurses station, I heard everything about all the patients they where taking care of, yes that is against the patient confidentiality. Other then one nurse I loved my experience! I would definitely have another baby there again
This hospital does not treat all people equality. Shame on them.
I had a fantastic experience at Island Hospital in January of this year. The nurses were very attentive and friendly. The hospital is very clean. 5 days in the hospital was more than enough, but it was a good experience.
