Do not call them for commercial work. The owner guaranteed that he could service our equipment. We began a service contract and now they refuse to work on our boiler. Cant keep techs or promises. shame on you Greg.
Came quickly to assess. Said had to order a part. Paid in full for part and repair. Now over a week with NO heat and NO response to calls and messages. Ghosting us in December weather.
Our parents bought a free standing propane stove from them. Installation and performance seemed to be ok. A few years later it quit working and they called Island Heating and air coditioning for service. They got the stove going but told them that it is old and parts are not made for it anymore. I noticed that the fan no longer worked and I had to remove the glass and light the pilot with a match because the piezo igniter didnt work either. Anthony came out on short notice and did an excellent job finding and explaining the problem then servicing the furnace and getting the heat back on! This company actually returns phone calls! Would definitely recommend them and him!
