I have gone once a year to get a haircut here for years. It seems all the previous staff have left this location. I am not satisfied with the service here that I received this time. I was the second appointment on Saturday morning. My bangs are not cut evenly and are slanted. She refused to use the blowdryer to dry my hair when I asked, which I was willing to pay the cost. Dani took the time to give me a great wash and cut. She also flat ironed me hair better than anyone else has done in the past, so much so that I didn't need to wash it for three days when I'm usually an everyday washer. Just a quick flat iron touch-up, and I was good for another day! I got her card and will definitely be returning.
