We recommend their breakfasts. Prior to moving to Key West we would stop in every year we drove down from Charleston, SC at breakfast time. We planned our departure time to coincide with when they were serving breakfast. LOL

Don't waste your money or time!! Dirty glasses, no soap in dirty restrooms, food just so-so and deceptive pricing! Not customer friendly. Manager was extremely rude and said she doesn't care about the service or customers. I suggest the owners of the restaurant replace or retrain that one! Many other good choices in Islamorada don't go to Island Grill!!!
Horrible. Deceitful staff and pricing. Restrooms dirty and had no hand soap or scrub. Staff lied to us about pricing. Don’t waste your time! Disgusting!!! We are locals too.
