So my experience was positive and negative. Quality of food was exceptional. I ordered tuna nachos. It comes with like a pound of tuna, 2 pounds of seaweed salad and 3 chips. Yep 3 chips! I asked if I could get more and was told more chips are $4 and that was for 3 more. The tuna should be the gold of this entree, not a stupid chip but if you call it tuna nachos I should have enough nachos to eat it. Excellent service. Love the cool breeze coming off the water. We had the seafood eggs Benedict. Was Delicious👏
Lobster Roll ($18) was more like a consistency of mashed tuna fish, with no lobster taste on a bun. Jerk chicken wings were delish, prime rib was over cooked for ordering it medium rare but still tasty, the coleslaw with pineapples was delicious. going to make that when I go home

Service was poor our table was given to someone else hostess have no personality. Dinner came and we had no untentils. My seafood alfredo was tasteless and did not even eat quarter of the waitress never asked how was our food was! Wasted my mother's day dinner fast food would have being better!!
We were looking for some place on the water on our trip to the Keys from cold, dreary Chicago weather. Island Bar & Grill was a wonderful choice! Great food, Rebecca is the best waitress ever (and so are her hand-mixed margaritas!). We loved it so much that we made Island Bar & Grill our last stop as we made our way back - We were so excited to get Rebecca as our waitress again! Loved watching the water, fish, great white heron, and boats at the outdoor seating too! Can't wait to go back!
Excellent service! Great breakfast menu and prices were very reasonable for the keys!
