I was initially unhappy with the first bouquet of flowers I received, while I was at work. I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this company. The owner, herself, arrived at my job today with another gorgeous bouquet to apologize that I was unhappy with my first arrangement. I sincerely appreciate the sentiment, and it began my day on a wonderful note. Will definitely use this business again.
