We had a great stay. We loved the cute and functional interior including the completely modern and sparkling clean kitchenette, the comfortable living room and quiet bedroom. Everything is updated and feels fresh. One nice surprise was the shared patio with a gas fireplace table and 2 gas grills along with several picnic tables -- all with festive lighting at night. A Perfect Month at the Newly Renovated Unit 5! We just finished a wonderful one-month stay at Island Getaway on Anna Maria Island, and it was everything we hoped for. We stayed in Unit 5, which has been beautifully transformed following a complete makeover after the 2024 hurricanes. The little villa we stayed in on AMI was absolutely adorable!! The location is perfect. It is a very short walk to the beach. There is a gorgeous view of the bay on the other side of the property as well. You can see all of the Cortez Bridge. It's a beautiful sight! The home is small but it is very comfortable, clean and accessible to everything!! I highly recommend staying here. Chris, the host, was incredibly helpful and extremely responsive. She made our stay superb!! Wonderful property and rental company.
We loved the cottage as well as the entire property. It had a lovely courtyard with lots of tables and chairs and a gas fire pit where we spent most evenings. Many other extras - lots of beach chairs, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer. Plus, it’s only a half/block from the beach! The inside of the cottage was very cute and perfect for the two of us.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Anna Maria Island Getaway. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated so nicely. An added bonus was our lanai! Everyone was so helpful. The bay a few steps away, as well as the gulf! You can’t go wrong. Close to Bridge Street with all of the shops and eateries. Would stay again!
