Hooked up wood fireplace so that it does not does not come on automatically, did not leave info on filling out warranty serial #. Rude to me when called to replace motor which was hooked up wrong. Now the lifetime warranty on the cracked glass I cant use. Paid too much (almost $900 more than quoted)
Shawn is amazing, super knowledgeable, and he fixed our fireplace! So glad he was available when other companies were not. Highly recommend!
We just had our gas fireplace serviced by Island Furnace and Fireplace. Not only were they able to get us in right away but the technician, Shawn, was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job of cleaning and checking our fireplace. Their price was on par with other companies we have used. I will be using them again!
Peter is one of best person to do business with. Super helpful and friendly. Same goes to the HVAC technician (Steve). If you are considering getting a new heat pump, I highly recommend them.
Peter and his team are artists in the trade. I really love my house, but the days of 30 degrees inside were really wearing thin.
