It's so awesome because the owner TRUST that everyone that gets a membership there will take care of the gym like if it was our personal gym. Meaning, 24 HOURS ....you workout when you want too!! I love this gym <3 i need to start using other machines other than cardio...hahahah, but that's another story <3 i love it !!!!!
Being an avid exerciser I bought a membership to this gym .The gym is very clean and has all the equipment I need.Great hours, great Pandora music is always playing too. The juice/coffee bar is an added plus and Teran Hughes the owner seems personable and has a smile.
The best part of my day is Island Fitness. Laid back atmosphere, amazing staff and fabulous coffee.
If you're looking for a great place to work out on the island, this is the place to be. Terran and Chris are always more than willing to help and they have great equipment. Awesome music and a really great smoother bar too
My wife and I are NPC competitor bodybuilders, and when we found out about this gym because excited that we knew we had a place to continue our training while on vacation. We train at many different gyms in the DFW location and out of all of them this place was right up there with one of our favorites. Teran the owner and Chris the manager were very nice and easy to talk to. The equipment was very clean and all in good shape. Plenty of free weights and machines to work with.
