Good little family owned gym, convenient to anywhere on the island and not too crowded
Teran Hughes is great to weight train with. I have been training at island fitness for six years.
Nice assortment of equipment, you can do either Full Body workouts or target certain body parts without much trouble.
awesome place... they have pretty much everything you need for an intense work out, plus very roomy...
Was recently on vacation and used a week pass. (40$) gym has everything you need. Was always clean. The staff was beyond laid back and friendly and the gym cat was pretty cool too. Would definitely recommend if your hotel gym doesn’t cut it for you or if you’re on the island and need to get it in. Will definitely be returning if I ever get back down here.
