The doctors, nurses, and clinical staff at Island Fertility were excellent. They were kind, empathetic, and clearly dedicated to patient care. However, the administrative and office staff made the experience extremely stressful and infuriating. It is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone, voicemails were not returned, and emails were never acknowledged. I had a pretty good experience at Island Fertility. I had done two rounds at a different clinic and got 0 results. I was terrified that I would never be able to make embryos. Then I switched to Dr Herslag. I was able to make two embryos. Dr Herlsag and the nurses were all amazing. My only complaint is that they are terrible at answering the phone there. Once your in it’s much easier to just write through the portal.

My experience with Island Fertility has been extremely distressing. My treatment was delayed multiple times due to preventable operational failures, miscommunication, disorganization, and a phone system that makes it nearly impossible to reach a real person, even for time-sensitive issues. The repeated mistakes, ongoing miscommunication, and frustration ultimately forced me to leave the clinic.
