My first visit, I was impressed with the office staff, I literally just went into the exam room, and they already had all my information uploaded to the patient portal! At my old doctor's office, that would have taken at least 2 weeks. The Dr. was very nice and really listened to my history and took notes, I really liked his approach to gathering all the information and then getting a game plan together.
