I am very impressed. Everyone listens, provides knowledgeable practices and solutions. The entire office made me feel at home. Dr. Chambi is very down to earth and highly skilled, and listened to my needs and history. Dr Chambi and her team put a plan together for me, showed me the insurance input and my choices. I liked going to the dentist before Dr Norris left. Now it feels like every other dentist I've been to. I don't care for the male receptionist and his dog that wanders everywhere. Today when I went in the receptionist (male) was eating lunch at his desk. And the music is way too loud in the waiting area. My husband stopped going when Norris left.
Phenomenal experience and not just because I didn't have cavities. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Can't wait till my next six month check-up.
