I was greeted with a very friendly welcome by name. After filling out an update on my records, I was immediately greeted by Jenn, my hygienist who did a very thorough oral prophylaxis and explained in detail of what she was doing. She also instructed me on how I can improve what I am doing at home. Dr. Scales came in for examining and explained my future treatment. My proposed treatment plan was given to me at check out. I had a great experience today with a new dental hygienist for me and saw another dentist to review my cleaning. Dr. Scales and all staff are wonderful people! I also like that they play Christian music in the office.
