Great customer service; I’ve ordered from them before and will order again in the future. Fedex had a snafu with our recent overnight package of oysters and ISO was proactive and stayed on top of things, called us about the problem before we even realized it. Lesson learned; next time we’ll order the oysters for delivery on the day before the party to deal with issues that were out of everyone’s controls.
Awesome tour and ate and shucked lots of oysters. Because of thunderstorms did miss out on boat tour of the farm.
Island Creek oysters is an amazing property in Duxbury. World class oysters and food at a casual and fun location. A must see if you are in this area in Massachusetts.
We enjoyed the tour. You get to see the development of the oysters then a boat ride into the bay to enjoy freshly shucked oysters.
Disappointing mail order experience. We purchased the 'sampler': one dozen each of three different oysters. This is a great way for a company to introduce different oysters and educate buyers. Island Creek blew it. The oysters come in 3 bags, but no labels to identify them. There could also be a simple one-pager identifying and describing each type of oyster. No way.
