So fresh! A breath of ocean. They arrived in perfect time for my 70th birthday celebration and are the highlight of my day.
We had 100 oysters and caviar delivered for my Mom’s 80th birthday over the holidays in Naples, FL (note to self don’t count on on fedex to stick to the 10:30am delivery for a 4:30pm party just order the darn things the day before!). Received 50 oysters for a Christmas gift. Cleaned them, shucked them. My husband and I ate one dozen each raw. Took 10 oysters and broiled them with a Parmesan butter sauce. Had some left over and gave them to my daughter who gave them to us to begin with. Bottom line, they were delicious. The raw ones were excellent, as fresh as can be. The broiled ones were awesome. And now my daughter can also enjoy them. What a great Xmas present. Thank you island creek oysters. I will definitely order again.
