The two guys that come to my house were awesome. Not only did they know their stuff but they took the time to show me and explain everything that concerned them. They went above and beyond. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!!!
Channel was very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and did a great job not only cleaning my units but she pointed out the mold that she needed to clean. Sold me on getting them cleaned more frequently since I don't want to be breathing mold spores!!
4 years ago we purchased ac units totaling 12000$ . We have had them serviced by them each year (another $4000) so that we would keep our warranty ( the warranty that was supposed to cover everything) the last time they came to service they said our units are rusting really badly and that they have a buy back program. They’ll buy back these junk 4 year old ones and then let us buy new ones, which are worth twice as much as the old ones. Where’s the warranty? Oh the warranty doesn’t cover rust?!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS “FAMILY” owned business your money. We’ve had nothing but problems for four years and they continue to give excuses. Now they have a “buy back” situation for the garbage they sold us four years ago and want more money. They don’t care about quality or service, they care about their pockets line with your money. Even their staff members talk bad about them EVERY time they have to come and “fix” our a/c. I’d have purchased window units from Home Depot if I knew we’d have this many problems.
