While the initial installation process and customer service were exemplary, our experience with post-installation support for existing units has been less satisfactory. We encountered a significant delay in obtaining a timely response to critical issues, such as a burning/electrical odor from one unit, which necessitated its shutdown for an extended period. Our Island Comfort AC Technician MANA was outstanding!! He has such positive, calm, friendly, and kind energy! Our two dogs Toby Flanders and Koda Pinkerton loved him immediately. Koda kept following him around as he made repairs to two of our AC units. MANA even found an unknown leak in one of our AC units and fixed that as well! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and a lovely human being!! He and the whole company are truly spectacular! 5 Stars!! Highly recommended!!
We got another HVAC system maintenance done by Channel the other day and she always does such an awesome and thorough job going above and beyond!! I truly believe my HVAC system has been performing as it should and like brand new because of her. She's been not only very professional and knowledgeable but also treats us like family. Hoping to for real see her again if I don't end up moving! I will definitely be leaving her information and Island Comfort's for the new tenants and I hope they keep up with the home's HVAC system... read more

Total ripoff! Josh at Island Comfort charged me $299 for a maintenance service and replacement filter. The ad below advertised at $49. They bait and hook you at Home Depot. Other Aircon companies are charging $250 and below. Never again I will use this company. Update 6/18/26 completed home inspection and the inspector noticed the air filter was too small and you can see openings on both sides of vent. Basically making the filter useless. Total scam!
