Go to customer service training. You send a warning letter for re-scheduling and then hit with a $50 no show. You had no apt's to allow for re-schedule and it wasn't even an apt with a doctor - a nurse was meeting us at the back door to do a flu test for a request made that day. How about the visit is free if customer is not seen on time then????? We will not be back
We’ve been going to ICP for almost 4 yrs and love it!! There is never a wait and the staff is wonderful!! My kids don’t do well at the doctors but Dr Seitz is fabulous! We love ICP!
We were at an a well check and while waiting in the room, we look down on the floor to see a used shot (no cap even over the needle)�! We let them know and they put it in the bin. Soooo scary and very negligent ! �� Staff is also not friendly and they will kick you out if you differ from the vaccine schedule at all!
