I've been going to Dr. Warner's office for several years. Dr. Warner is the best! Recently he told me that he would not try to save my #18 molar. That's honesty for you! They now have a great office manager (Allison) who has lots of empathy! Along with Gwenn, the first person you see when you walk in the door always has a smile for me. Gwenn is very knowledgeable! I had a dental cleaning done by Toby. He does an amazing job. He is a wonderful hygienist and cleaned my teeth in under an hour and didn't miss a single spot. I am a baby when it comes to dental work but Toby didn't hurt me one bit! He is very personable and easy to talk to. My teeth are in the best shape they have ever been. You can't go wrong with Dr. Warner and Toby!
Everything was excellent from the greeting and assistance of Gwen at the Front Desk to the cleaning and professionalism of Toby. Dr. Warner is always pleasant and charming and always ensuring you the patient gets the best treatment and care. Definitely recommend Island City!
Everyone in the office are professional and friendly to the point of calling them friends. If you want an exceptional Dental office, this is the one.
