My first interaction with ICS was over the telephone. I was very impressed how accommodating and polite the person I spoke with. My actual visit was a pleasant one. The staff is very professional, courteous, efficient and makes me felt very relaxed.

The service I received at Island City Smiles was exceptional. My doctor, nurse, and the office staff were both pleasant and professional. Time from waiting room to exam room was less than ten minutes and my dental technician made me feel at ease with her humor and great personality. My dentist gently examined my gums and treatment began the same day.
Always friendly and efficient service in a clean and relaxing environment. I have been going there for a few years and I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
I go in for routine dental cleaning every 4 months and the dental hygienist does an absolutely marvelous job plus he is most pleasant while he is working. I am always treated with respect by everyone there. I like the Dentist and receptionist in addition.
