An underrated aspect of customer service these days is punctuality. The coveted "going to be there when we said we would" seems few and far between these days. But who was my guy that was not only on time but even a couple of minutes early today? Isaac. The work is done and I can go about my day, our AC is primed and ready to take on the summer and we didn't have to spend an endless eternity waiting around for it to happen. Shouldn't all businesses be this much of a breeze to deal with?
Needed an emergency service and they fit me in same afternoon. Whole team was great with communication, being timely, polite, and work got done on site. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Island Breeze. Highly recommend.
