Called at 7AM Saturday morning and was out same day at 5PM. Diagnostic and replaced dead capacitor and burnt contact terminal and AC is blowing ice cold once again. Recommend the Peak Protection Program for $240.00 yearly gets two maintenance / cleaning visits and - 20% off all repairs.
Good communication, professional and go the extra mile. The owner, Darrel, was the most professional and personable contractor/vendor I’ve ever worked with; he was on time, respectful of me and the property and even gave attention to my dog. Not that he needed to do the latter but it was very nice of him.
I would highly recommend Island Breeze! They got us in for an appointment right away. The tech Tyler did an amazing job and got everything fixed up. Very honest and professional!
Island Breeze Air Conditioning, and specifically technician Tyler, were fantastic. I had my AC go out while I was away on vacation and they were able to get my parts ordered and system fixed in ~2 days (after another HVAC company told me it would be at least 5-7 days).
