Great service! Bike pickup/drop off was a breeze. Bikes were comfortable to ride and came with baskets and bike locks. Will totally rent from again
Just wanted to get my brake pads re aligned and started adding different stuff he had to do and said it was unsafe. Perfectly fine up until the brake pads
This bike shop is the best. Their prices are more competitive and the service is super great! Morgan helped me with my bike this morning as it needed new tires, some overall maintenance and a new basket. I was notified a few hours later that it was ready to go. They are very pleasant and have great rentals and a wide variety of cruisers and racing bikes. I highly recommend them! Thanks team!
Shout out to the guys at Island bicycles. My wife and I are riding our tandem up the Atlantic coast to NJ. Our brake rotor was bent and they took the time to fix it for us and get us back on the road. GREAT CUSTOMER-SERVICE. THANKS GUYS!!!!
Had an accident with my e-bike. The front fork was slightly bent. Being a Navy guy my first inclination was to fix it myself but I decided to let a "professional" look at it. They told me there was no way, impossible, to repair it without ordering a new fork...and that I should contact the manufacturer to order it and they would be happy to install it. $$$$ Ok, so I took it back to my place and after 15 minutes had realigned the fork myself.
