Excellent mocha, excellent customer service and easily seen menus from all sides! I just wish they were closer to my house!
Seriously the best coffee I've ever had... everyone is so nice and the coffee is delicious every single time. I wish I had known about this place sooner!
Great people and a yummy coffee selections! Also, a very convenient location! I'm from North Hills, but live in Minnesota (unfortunately) now. I visit home every 3 months or so....I make it a point to stop here a number of time while visiting! Love these guys!

This place is so convenient, and the staff is always pleasant. I also like being able to order face to face, instead of over a speaker, where they mess up your order half the time. When I have my kids in the car, they always have a lollipop for them, so the kids always want me to stop and get coffee!

So glad you mentioned the face to face ordering - over the years people have occasionally asked why we don't use a speaker and my answer is, first, we want to get your order correct and second, we want to get to know you and your kids and your dogs, etc. It makes it so much more social :)
I tried Island Bean initially because I love to support local independent businesses. After having their iced coffee, I was hooked! It's bold, yet smooth and not bitter. Thank you for having decaf available! The muffins and scones are fresh and moist. I don't live very close, but try to think of reasons to be in the neighborhood so I can run through the drive- thru. So convenient!

I'm hooked! I go almost every morning on my way to work, and have been known to stopped twice in one day on a weekend. All the girls are great. It is amazing how the remember everyone's orders.
