Refunds are almost impossible to get, even when their properties do the canceling. They do not answer their phones or respond in any way. Do not book with them!!!
Like so many others, my booking was cancelled and my deposit was promised to be returned but it has been weeks with no return of the deposit. Instead everyone involved only stonewalls me. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office. If the rest of you would do the same, I believe the company will be investigated, fined and perhaps put out of business for unscrupulous practices.
Seemed fine at first very accommodating. We had to cancel well within our window and while I have sent many emails etc, and they do reply, I can’t seem to get my refund. I could not, at this time, recommend this group. Booking agents in Fla are great, but refund goes through a corporate office and it doesn’t appear at this time, I will receive it at least not as promised.
This company will not give me back a refund for a cancelled booking. I have been emailing and calling for the past 2 months and have yet to receive any sort of promise that a refund for my money is coming. Do not work with these people
