I lived on the 4th floor of Isla’s main building for 18 months and it was fantastic. Faced the parking lot. I truly can’t say enough good things about the complex. 99% of the other residents are good eggs. (You’ll meet the 1% when you join the Facebook group). I personally never had any issue with anyone there. Can’t tell if I lucked out with fantastic neighbors or what. I also made several friends with some of the regulars at the complex. Please pause and think carefully about applying online. Make sure the unit # you are being shown is actually the unit # you apply for. Also make sure the rent is the same you discussed in person and the rent is the same online. You will not be refunded any part of the $350.00 app fee if this gets confused. A Peaceful, Beautiful Place to Call Home I lived at Isla Antigua for a full year, and I can honestly say it was one of the best living experiences I’ve had. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and truly feels like a little tropical escape tucked away in St. Augustine. I am genuinely SO impressed with this building. VERY seldom do you run across a great apartment building and I've just been so blown away by the staff. I've had the pleasure of working with Hiramas (I think that's how you spell her name) and OMG she is so darn sweet and helpful. I've had never ending questions and she's been so communicative, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. No "I need to go ask my boss and find out."
