What a great experience! Perfect location; five minutes from downtown or the beach. The amenities are great with options to socialize at the pool by seeking solitude with one of their kayaks or SUPs. The Isla Antigua Team was ALWAYS responsive and truly invested in creating/ maintaining a positive experience. Most of all, they were people of their word.
. We’ve been a resident here for almost four years now. It is truly our happy place and the best home we’ve ever had. Being on the water, watching dolphins. Hanging out by the pool watching the sunset. Meeting up with Neighbors to play pool. Getting a workout in a private gym downstairs. These are just a few things that really sets this place apart from any other complexes in the area. This has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. Hiramis and Allie have been very helpful with leasing. They are very professional and made sure I was able to get into the apartment with a great promo. On top of that I won a free iPad! Id highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
This place is like a pile of poo with a ribbon on top as a distraction. Leasing office staff are deceitful and have low retention rates, besides Ally. No idea how Ally got this job but she is unprofessional and on a power trip — fired so much staff and we’ve had three different leasing consultants throughout the course of a year. This place is really a money grab — if they don’t scam you on the way in, they’ll try to scam you on the way out. Avoid this place at all costs, or be prepared to lawyer up.
Really disappointed with this place. Was told we only had to pay a 3.6k to break our lease, asked multiple times to clarify and told us in writing that that would be the final payment other than any property damage we may have caused (which we didn’t) after being told we would get our full security deposit back they then sent us an email stating we would not get our deposit back and that we have to pay an extra 3,600.
