After 3 years we are moving to a house. Have enjoyed our stay here. Staff is very good. Want to give a special recommendation to Jamile a new addition to the crew who goes the extra mile to be sure the entire facility is clean and presentable. I absolutely love living at Isla Antigua Luxury Apartments. Everything about it is indeed luxury. I love my 2 bedroom apartment, love the pool and dock and walkway by the intercoastal waterway behind the apartments, impressed with Ally in the front office who is always accommodating. Shawn rocks the maintenance department and our newest addition Jamile who keeps our hallways and common areas especially clean is awesome!! Been here five years with a water view and could live here forever!
The facility is very nice and very clean. I really enjoy the gym, Coffee station and the dock!
Lived there for 3 years. The staff are very attentive and address issues quickly. The noise is off the charts. The loud cars going over the 312 bridge will wake you up 3-4 times a night. Unfortunately, it has to do with the location. I hate that it's that way, but that's the reality of living there.
I never share my thoughts publicly but I need to share how much this place has improved since Jamile joined the maintenance crew. Our building went from looking dirty full of spider webs and our stairs having caked on dirt to clean and presentable. She is such a hard worker, she takes her time with what she does to ensure the job is done well.
