Nice amenities. Staff needs work.
Great location, but I have never met a more rude office staff then at this place, you can go to ask a simple question and get met with nothing but rudeness, they act like you are bothering them any time you have to make contact with them for any reason. Grossly unprofessional which is surprising for the amount of money you pay to live there. Customer service is not high on the priority list for sure....
Impressed with the management team comprised of Ally, Hiramis, Michelle and Sean. They assisted in making my move seamless and addressed the predictable move-in issues in a timely manner. The apartment itself is absolutely spectacular, with a clean open-plan, and balcony offering sweeping views of the sunset across the inlet. It’s a perfect size and in a perfect geographic proximity to the beaches, historic downtown and my office. The amenities are amazing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the decision to move here.
I lived on the 4th floor of Isla’s main building for 18 months and it was fantastic. Faced the parking lot. I truly can’t say enough good things about the complex. 99% of the other residents are good eggs. (You’ll meet the 1% when you join the Facebook group). I personally never had any issue with anyone there. Can’t tell if I lucked out with fantastic neighbors or what. I also made several friends with some of the regulars at the complex. Please pause and think carefully about applying online. Make sure the unit # you are being shown is actually the unit # you apply for. Also make sure the rent is the same you discussed in person and the rent is the same online. You will not be refunded any part of the $350.00 app fee if this gets confused. The unit you view in person and are being sold may not be there an hour later. Classic bait and switch forum. Consumer beware beware beware. All with sugar coating. Very slick.
