For over three decades, I have been a patient of Dr. Iskarous, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. Her extensive knowledge, genuine kindness, and attentive care are truly exceptional. The office is a reflection of her high standards, being consistently clean and organized, with a professional and friendly staff. They are incredibly efficient, handling referrals promptly and diligently following up with insurance. I am patient for life.
For a doctors office, they lack people skills, no professionalism at all. Particularly Jasmine, she has NO PEOPLE SKILLS what so ever. I was having an asthma episode right before my appointment so I. called to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late because I have to use my nebulizer. She had the nerve to tell me I had to reschedule for another 2 weeks. Didn't even bother to ask if i was ok, did i need medical assistance or offer to set my appointment for later in the day.
I had a call from the doctor office. My mom had H Pylori but she's unable to make a move and go see the doctor. The nurse put me on hold and came back to me saying that we'd leave the patient untreated for now until she can make a move. H pylori needed a well-known course of antibiotics and OPIP mediation that doesn't require the patient to be seen again. Nurse hangs up on me when i asked to talk to a supervisor. Hands down the worst place to go when one has a serious illness or when not willing to be treated as an idiot. There are 2 doctors at this office and both of them seem to be very knowledgeable and kind but for some reason they decided to hire some incompetent staff members to handle doctor’s referrals and all the other stuff. It was a constant struggle every single time I was referred for lab work or to be seen by another doctor.
