Great Gym, Great Coaches! I have to specifically mention Kim and Eli! The lifting technique/form correction, positive energy, and pushing you past your "limits" are outstanding.
I just had my intro class at ISI. Jennifer and Sophie were so amazing at the front, and the coach was super motivating and spirited! They paired me with somebody who’s been doing it for a while, and she was also very easy-going and encouraging. Couldn’t sign up today due to a lot of travel coming up, but I’m definitely signing up for the new year. If you’re looking for a motivating, friendly atmosphere, while also pushing you to be better, this is The place!
ISI has been a staple in my workout regime while I’m away from my home gym in VA. I always get a really good workout and feel stronger and energized. The staff members are always so helpful and pleasant. The coaches are motivators! I appreciate the form corrections and the support encouragement throughout the workout. If you’ve never been a part of sports team, this is what it probably what it feels like.
The trainers at Matthews are great! My problem is when I went to cancel my membership. There was some confusion related to the cancellation policy. In the end they admitted it was on them, and we worked it out.
