Love these people, this atmosphere, and this gym! The coaches are amazing and care about you in and out of the gym. The workouts are challenging and work for all fitness levels. And the members are what make it so special!
I was visiting the garden city area on vacation, and went to the ISI there 4 times during my week of vacation. AWESOME workouts every time, instructors were great, would highly recommend joining if you live in the area. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the area
