Staff is fantastic and they run a great program, 11 stars and would absolutely recommend!
I am so grateful that I have found my people! I honestly would never have never thought I could fit into such an elite group of humans! However, as I journeyed a challenging road of recovering from multiple surgeries, they have shown me incredible support and encouragement along the way. Helping me modify what I cannot do YET, and challenging me to push myself when they see my growth and potential.
Exactly what I was looking for! Good group classes and very effective! Will be back.
Love these people, this atmosphere, and this gym! The coaches are amazing and care about you in and out of the gym. The workouts are challenging and work for all fitness levels. And the members are what make it so special!
I was visiting the garden city area on vacation, and went to the ISI there 4 times during my week of vacation. AWESOME workouts every time, instructors were great, would highly recommend joining if you live in the area. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the area
