We had a great experience while in South Carolina. Totally modifiable! Parents came and did it too. Get there early to sign and get get your spot on the floor.

This gym has wonderful staff and atmosphere By the programming and watching my diet. I’ve been able to lose over 50 pounds since joining last year.

Whether you’re looking for muscle building or cardio. These classes offer it all. I always get in a great workout.. A highly recommend this to anyone looking for a home gym in Myrtle Beach.
