Moving to a new city and buying a house especially with criteria such as good schools , safe neighborhoods ; etc comes with a variety of challenges . Ismael did an outstanding job , from the first moment of contact; communicating all the variables associated with such transactions ,His , knowledge , understanding of the local market ;and patience , could not have been more helpful .
