This is the 2nd time Ishmael (Trent) helped us sell a home. Both times find there is Excellent communication and representation. Trent goes out of his way to make sure every detail is managed. It can get complicated but Trent takes time to explain everything in terms you can understand, and talks you through the reasonable options. If you’re looking for an honest yet assertive Realtor you can trust and rely on, then I highly suggest you give him a call.

Trent Draper has always been an excellent agent to work with. He is attentive, available, and always puts his clients interests first. This is our third real estate transaction with Trent and we will continue using him in the future.

Mr Draper was great! He would always answer or get back to me in a timely manner while I was shopping properties. The communication was great throughout, and ultimately he helped me find and get into a home I love so far! The home also had a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a sealed gallon jug of water in the fridge! Thanks for the help! Definitely made the stressful process of moving a little easier!

He was super helpful in the process of buying our first house. Really friendly, and was honest and straight forward when it came to knowledge of the house as well as helping us see how great it was.
