I go to Ishine every week, luv this carwash. They have a awesome team working there. They know how I like my mini details done and treat me like a VIP! Their carwash is the only one I've found that does not leave water spots on my car that is another plus why I luv going there. Awesome place, they really pay attention to detail!! I have a membership and will continue to be a loyal customer!! ��
Positive: Employees are very courteous and appear to be hard working. Other: returning the car for misses on a $120, 2 hour interior detail was not favorable (that's on the individual, not the entire outfit); having 2 lug wrenches removed from the car and not returned was bad; but worse was the Manager not taking the attitude that this appeared to his customer to be a process problem at best and a theft at worst. With the car now in FL, no economic way to send wrenches - but no offer by Manager of cash or gift card to replac... read more
Went to it for the first time and the service was really good. Price is pretty low for the car wash and if you have the time you can try going for the detail work. Recommend coming here if you get the chance.
The workers are polite, helpful, and kind. They put your safety above profits, thank you.
My husband had his 1996 truck detailed and it looked like a different truck when it came out! I was blown away on what a great job they did. I have had my car washed here and it came out beautiful. The free vacuums are a plus and great prices on the car washes. I thought that customer service was great. Nice, friendly and helpful. I will go back and so will my husband.
