poor business practices & customer service
I usually never write reviews but my experience today at the ishine car wash on spring cypress was terrible. I brought my car in for the interior super clean package and when I got in my car after getting it detailed I immediately realized that the tint on my car was scratched and there was some sort of substance smeared all over my front driver side window. It's crazy how amazing and detail oriented these team members are, they have done both of my trucks multiple times and I never have anything I'm even able to complain about!
