Our family recently listed and sold a 6 acre parcel in Cumberland Cove in the central Tennessee mountains with Tina. She was very knowledgeable of the local market and of the process of listing and selling a property. She was also very responsive to questions and inquiries and is an excellent communicator. We had a home that had previously been listed by two other agents. The previous listings had taken over 12 months. We listed with Tina and had an offer we accepted three days after listing. That contract fell through due to buyer financing. We had another offer we accepted give days later they we closed on. Selling a house has never been so easy! Tina is an awesome realtor! She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. She was always accessible to us for our questions and when we needed help. She is very easy to talk to and conduct business with. We moved out of state before our house closed, but that was not an issue, as she made allowances for that and helped us through it all.
