The attitude these people have is amazing..not sure how they stay in business.i tried dealing with them a couple years ago and walked out because of their attitude and tried again recently to see nothing has changed.wont happen again. Call or go on line much better experience.
Total lack of professionalism from a “small local owned business” Very disorganized appearance when you walk through the front door. Other client's paperwork is out in the open for others to see. You’ll be asked to come to the office to make any changes instead of handling it through email or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and call Progressive directly you’ll likely get better rates anyway instead of having to deal with a middleman that charges you $20 to start a new policy.
Great people always looking to help and get you to pay less even if that means they earn less 10/10 would recommend to everyone Mark was amazing
