We purchased a home from iseman homes in Gillette, WY and singned the paper work on 6/24/2013 and the tenative arrival date was 8/05/2013 and did not arrive until the first week of October. Now it is November 15 2013 and unable to move in due to numerous repairs needing to be done and all they want is us to pay up in full when the home is in need of these repairs. As buyers don t we have some rights? Iseman has been in Gillette a couple of decades and still treats their customers this way

I want to get the rest of my money back from Iseman Mobile Homes, Inc. They kept \$1000.00 saying that they had the right to keep it, when they didn't. It began in May when I was looking at a mobile home with them. The price Dan, the salesman, quoted me was just over \$56,000.00. I liked the home very much.
