The camera display itself is decent. That's probably the best thing going for it. The sound is horrible and their customer support is non-existent. I've emailed them 3 separate times and no response. This was weeks ago and yes, I did check my spam folder. We also paid for the cloud service but often times when I check footage from an earlier time, it's not there. Works well on android but doesn't keep a record of ring activity history on IOS Apple products but does keep a history of motion detections for some strange reason. Also the notification process on Apple products isn't any where near as seamless as with the android.
It's fine when it works but very unstable and support is pretty nonexistjng.
