They could be more responsive to request for support... NO UPDATES on their page on social media since 2018... Its like they don't exist..

Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT buy one from a company called ISeeBell. They truly have the absolute worst customer service known to man! I did the setup exactly as written in their manual. I put in my WiFi info and it generates a QR code on my phone that it wants you to have the camera read. I did this MULTIPLE times and the camera would never read the code. Purchased on of the video door bells in March 2019. Worked well until June then died. They said too bad, so sad. No warranty, no replacement and no repair. I would strongly warn about this product as they do not back it up at all
