Isakson was not good to me. After he sent me to a specialist for a cyst removal I still had pain. He instructed me to go home and take one ibuprofen every hour as needed. I later found out I had right at stage 4 endometriosis. Guess how many ibuprofen I had needed in between the time I left his office and being cared for by a more skilled OB (and getting the excision I needed). Isakson completely blew off my complaints and didn’t care that my organs were glued together on the inside.
After losing a son I was blessed with a rainbow baby. I came to Dr Isakson from a different hospital 5 cm dilated and the first thing he asked was “Why did you come here? Why didn’t you go back to Barnes?” as if I’m not entitled care at that hospital. About 4 hours later he checked and I was still at 5 cm he advised me he was discharging me. After voicing my concern and discomfort leaving the hospital in that condition his response to me was “well it doesn’t matter where you go, we’re not going to admit you” it made me feel ... read more
The most caring and deciated man in this field. I owe him and my child's life. I had a extremely rough pregnancy with all of my kids. But he went above and beyond. My first child came 2 months early due to health. LSS. My went breech after 2 pushes and he did what he has to do to save us both. Details are TMI! With a lot of hard work i had a healthy and got treatment for few health problems that occurred. My 2nd child and me would not be alive if it was his eye 4 detail. Amazing Doctor! I've seen him from the time I was in my early twenties until now... From pre pregnancy, miscarriages, to delivery... All around an excellent Doctor. Highly recommended!
I had Dr. Isakson with all 3 of my kids. He’s incredible. My first child, I was young (20). When it was time for delivery, I started shaking and was scared. He made me laugh, and made the birthing process a great memory. With my second baby, I wasn’t as nervous but I’m more pain. My second birth, my baby was stuck and wasn’t breathing when he came out.
