I went to Emory ER expecting to see health professionals who are supposed to be high quality providers. I was severely mistaken. I have a rare neurological condition that Mr. Alexander was obviously not familiar with, so he was completely dismissive and gaslighted me. At one point, he asked if I googled my symptoms. I had to explain to him that I work in the lab, and I know we test nasal drainage for beta 2 transferrin to see if there is a CSF leak.
