Dr Amigues has been my rheumatologist for the past year and she has provided me with insights in that short time that my previous rheumatologist did not provide. My status has completely changed and I’m much more confident with my present diagnosis and course of action. I absolutely adore Dr. Amigues. When my illness started and I had no idea what was happening, she explained everything to me and the best way she thought to treat it. She always asked for my input and how I felt about my treatments. Basically she gave me hope when I had none. She is an extremely knowledgeable Doctor with the absolute best bedside manner. Would recommend to everyone!!!!
She actually listened to me. I struggled with my illness for 11 years and got shrugged at by stumped Dr after stumped Dr. Instead, she ran comprehensive tests (and at Nat'l Jewish, sending referrals, performing tests and turn around happen quickly as it's all on site, at least in my experience.)
