Celebrated my 50th birthday with surprise party in the library. Wonderful food. We stayed in the tower room and experienced Isabella. Stayed in the new section one night with jacuzzi in large suite by fireplace. Isabella spa couples experience was relaxing. The front desk customer service was top notch. We left our shopping bags and wine. We were called quickly and returned to pick up before we got out of town. Guess we didn’t want to leave!

Got a couples massage here for our anniversary trip to Belhurst Castle the spa has nice people, is very pretty, and very relaxing! The only thing that caught me off guard was that the price I was told on the phone when I made the reservation was less than what I ended up paying. Maybe prices increased since I made it since i booked It Like January?

My friend and I scheduled massages, manis and pedis. The massages were great, although the spa was quite loud and not as relaxing as I hoped. The "mani and pedi" I received were terrible. The nail specialist did not do any nail work at all, simply buffed my nails and pained them. All the polishes were thick and the coats are lumpy and sloppy. My nails were not dry after 2.5 hours. All my nails (fingers and toes) are already chipping after 2 days. For the price point I am extremely disappointed.
