Having hair and makeup right at the venue made the morning so easy and relaxing. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful, and the team did an amazing job listening to what each person wanted. They helped make the start of our wedding day feel calm, fun, and stress free. The owners of the salon checked in with us constantly and everyone made the day feel so special. Thank you again!
The most unprofessional service I have ever witnessed. On our wedding day these clowns got in an argument, and the woman who was supposed to do my wife’s hair never even showed up and had a fill in attempt to do the hair.
Amazing spa experience! Friendly environment, relaxing experience, and all questions answered afterwards. The only thing is we wish we would’ve done longer massages!!!
I was extremely excited to experience a nail experience at the spa. Unfortunately, I left disappointed, (with only 9 nails done). I wanted a normal french gel manicure. I had one nail much shorter than the rest, so I wanted an acrylic but unfortunately they had none, which wasn’t listed on the website. My nails took over 90 minutes which is the longest I have ever experienced. Going in, my nails were very long. Booked the True Bliss Retreat on Oct. 13th for my boyfriend and I, it came to $650 including gratuity and unfortunately, was incredibly disappointing and overpriced. You walk into the room and are sat on two horrible chairs that don't have a back, which isn't a huge deal but its not relaxing and is quite uncomfortable. You sit with a foot soak while sipping on cool tea (just a cup of barely warm water with no kettle and only one tea bag option).
