Attentive. Immediate access to physician via NP. Follows all medical conditions and prognosis. More awareness of my health history than my PCP.
I’ve been going to Dr.Llanes for a couple of years now and I adore her. She’s is knowledgeable and professional but also very kind. I feel very comfortable asking questions and she’s always happy to walk me through different topics.
Beware of this Dr sending unauthorized lab work tests without patient consent. Unfortunately, I was a victim of this and as usual, it’s your word against the Dr’s word. I am still battling a dispute from 2024 with the support of my insurance and the DOH. It’s a shame, since Mercy hospital is very reputable. Would never be coming back to this Dr’s office ever again.
