No massage I also bought their promotional, but their one massage person had a car accident and needed Physical Therapy so though it was near the expiration of the promo, I was told that they would honor it after the date as the massage person was expected to return soon. horrible omg when the lady washed my hair i had soap on my face and in my ears and she didn't even care. She didn't even TRY to wipe it off or avoid my ears. This is an overpriced low-end place who tries to be higher end with their urban interior designs, but the quality of their work gives it away immediately.
WORST SALON IN THE WORLD DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SALON! My experience there was horrible. I called in to make an appointment, and they made me hold for what seemed like more than 5 mins. I hung up and called them back, and they picked up the phone right away SO obviously, they weren't busy, they are just nasty biatches who love to let clients wait. THE BEST SKINCARE, WAXING, AND THREADING IN TOWN ive been going to the salaon for 8 years and i have to say they have the best skin care services, she is very good at what she does and she is good perfect at doing eyebrow threading i recommend her to everyone.
Awesome place I have been a customer at Isaak's for the last four years. The service is stellar, and I've been impressed with the work of all sytlists I've worked with (four of them, so far). I also visit their aesthetician regularly. Her work is meticulous. Their manicurist is also very efficient. Isaak's Salon is Fabulous Every time I go to this salon I am impressed! The staff is super friendly and everyone is always so happy and laid back! I have had my hair, nails and facials done by multiple employees there and every time I am very satisfied with the results.

isaaks has been great to me! i love my weekly styles at Isaaks salon! everyone is so friendly to me when i come in. Ive been to 6 different hairstylist there. i like it that i can just call in to make an appointment with anyone and always leave totally satisfied every time!
