Always a pleasure, even though it's "the dentist". All the staff make you comfortable. The facility is comfortable and clean. And even the last time when I was 10 minutes late due to an accident along my way, they were relaxed and made sure I didn't feel bad about it.
Through a referral from my general dentist, I just went through a horrible dental experience that left me with less than desirable results. After weeks of antibiotics and pain medication, I needed to hit my "Reset" button. I wrote letters to my general dentist and the periodontist I was referred to, telling them I had to discontinue seeing either of them. I then called Dr. Isaacson's office. I really appreciated the welcoming, friendly setting. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I have to say this was a very good experience. I was able to change my appointment 2 weeks before to a time to accommodate my schedule. It was done fast and efficient by texting. Thank you. I also like the later hours on Wednesdays
