RecommendedMy son had a blowout and we needed his truck towed to a local tire shop. Our driver arrived five minutes early, was lightning fast at getting the truck hooked up, had good people skills, and had us at the tire shop, unhooked, and with receipt in hand in no time flat. I was pleasantly surprised at how excellent the service was today...in this day and age, it is hard to find that level of excellence so hats off to the folks at Isaacs and thank you for taking great care of us.

I wouldn't recommend Isaacs wrecker to my worst enemy .They are no good and preys on the public for their bread and butter.God is watching.
I went in to help a friend get his truck outta impound. We’ve never had to do this before. They refused to release my friends truck because I wasn’t on his full coverage auto policy. We went & got a notarized statement, from his attorney, granting me power of attorney over him so we could get his truck. TERRY, the manager, lost his temper because we weren’t understanding, so he PHYSICALLY put his hands on me, 4’10” female, & shoved me outta the office because I was needing information. They will screw you anyway how! Charge you after you are told you wouldn’t be charged any additional fees. And fight with you over your weathertech floor mats!
Terrible company, stay away! They have contracts with several apartment complex's in Tyler that allows them to enter a gated community in the middle of the night and like a thief they walk around your vehicle trying to identify ones without a parking permit and then tow them away. All done in the darkness of night, can they not do this during the day like a reputable company. But I guess then they wouldn't be in business because they can't make money in a reputable way. We have signs posted at every entrance to every complex we have contracts with. We are contracted to keep people out of the parking spots that people who live there pay for. We patrol both days and nights, so if you read the signs and obey them you will not be towed.
highly recommended they have some awesome drivers operators and they know how to get the job done right the first time
We broke down on the side of Interstate traveling on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We called Isaacs and received great, quick, and friendly service. Our tow man was exceptional!! I definitely recommend this company!
