I bought a 2015 Ford Transit van for my bus from Isaacs. I dealt with Robert. Nothing but great customer service and amazing speed and efficiency. All in all, we spent about 1 hour. That included the test drive. I highly recommend buying from here.

Very poor customer service. Sold the vehicle from under me. Truck broke down on its way to me. He said that he was putting it in shop, never did. Kept tellling me he was going to fix it for me before i bought it, but sold it without calling me or consulting me about it. He said i wasn't a serious buyer, when i had his check with his name on it for 2 weeks. And i contacted him every other day to see if he had taken it into shop.
