very poor patient system. check in downstairs to see a dr upstairs? BS and not needed. front desk also doesn't communicate with the drs nurses. honestly i hate that my surgeon recommended me here but I'll find somewhere else unless they up their game and do better FOR their patients. not for themselves. we're already going Through enough, adding more to the plate shouldnt be done.

I feel like crying. My sister with Covid in Lubbock had a bad episode this morning and called EMS. They evaluated her and told her they could take her in but the ER was full and there were no beds. Since her vitals were okay, she decided not to go and called her doctor. They told her to go there and he could see her there. She has been waiting in a room for seven hours sitting in an uncomfortable chair being sick and miserable. She has had no food. She brought a Powerade with her, which she drank. Recommendedwhat a great staff this hospital has! my Mom was admitted to the ER last Sunday as she suffered a stroke and was later taken to the heart center. everyone we dealt with is really top notch proffessionals. Doctors, Nurses, Physical Therapists, just a super crew.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever go to Covenant!!!!! My apologies to the excellent people I know that work here, because this doesn’t pertain to you and you must be the only thing that is keeping that place running! My grandad was admitted by ambulance through the ER at 2:30 in the morning. I go to meet him there to help fill out paperwork. I have been in the waiting room for almost 10 hours, had to get rechecked in. Explained that i’m having seizures that i have never had until recently and that’s the reason i’m here, to get help. Let the nurse know that i feel a seizure coming on, go to sit back down and start seizing in the lobby and during it i had the front dest and nurse Amanda and Jessica yell at me, tell me i’m faking it and try to grab my arm and pull me up while i’m in the middle of seizing. and i’ve been sitting waiting for help from literally anyone... read more

Literally the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed, My friend has been at this hospital for 12 hours in the waiting room for the ongoing seizures she’s been having , seized right infront of the nurses “Amanda and Jessica” and all they did was basically act like she was dumb , talked to her ugly and made her sit back down and she yet still has not gotten helped what so ever !!
